the joke aside, it's a problem that you as the player has to deal with by having a better internet connection. this is not something either blizzard or the mods on this server can help you with. i know that you're frustrated however we cannot help you with this issue.
my recommendation is to get a better internet connection. if you play ranked games while having the connection issue, stop playing ranked until you fix it otherwise the same problem will occur over and over again.
