i like the idea of flashpoint but there is an issue: you can be staggared or base camped meanwhile one of your teammates are capturing the point AND if you die in a teamfight, you have a very low chance of winning it with 4 people because it takes too much time to get back to fight and it's very hard to hold the point until your teammates arrives after being dead
i would love to see some kind of teleportation in the map because it takes too much time to go from point A to B

you are able to narrow the time to go from point A to B by picking fast heroes such as lucio, tracer, genji (these 2 has more base speed than the rest of the heroes and dash and blink etc.) but how will it effect the team comp? are you going to run genji tracer or lucio versus bastion or torb who has a lot of burst damage?
my whole point is, even though you make it faster, you cannot hold the point longer than your oppotenet if they pick heroes with a high survaviblity or hp (even though tracer has recall and genji has reflect, bastion has more hp + gains 50 armor everytime he enter his wheel form and torb has E which gives him movement speed, reload speed, and extra 100 hp)
