it is a mistake but in those games there's a lot of thing going on, everyone is talking so it is really hard to concentrate. I know it because I scrim a lot and when i self review my games afterwards I sometimes notice that I did a simple mistake that even a plat player wouldn't do. So in other words, I don't blame nor make fun of that person because it can happen to the best. Pros are pros because they can concentrate even in the hardest moments.
