moira has the advantage of being the character who builds an ultimate that hypothetically rolls over everyone if there are no other ults on the field

because suddenly it's useless to dive the support

meaning that you won't stop the healing output which makes her a non target

and bad things happen when a support is a non target

she does give up the stupid aoe heals bap has and the midrange threat

in exchange for getting to throw heal orb every fight and build 20% off pressing W

My stance on it is that there will (and should) always be more teams from the region with more teams, APAC has 6 teams I believe and NA has 13, of 3 teams from each are selected, half of the APAc region gets to go while a very large majority of NA is left out, having more NA teams makes it regionally fair for every team

I think that's the fairest way to do things

If you want and equal amount of teams from both regions, if it's a 12 team tournament, every team in APAc will be able to go even if they have 0 wins, as long as one region has much more teams than the other, seeding can never be truly fair

And Worst of all, they literally ignore a Legally Binding Contract and rob Hangzhou of 2nd Seed.
