winston ana was only meta during countdown cup eliminations because orisa was getting nerfed in the next patch
between post-countdown cup and pre-playoffs the meta was mostly rein lucio as a result of teams unwilling to put much effort since a new patch was coming for playoffs anyway
and a lot of philly's success came from how they basically dominated a lot of teams pre-covid 2020 on rein mirrors
not to discredit the shock, but philly was that good on rush
