Tbh blizzard deciding to remove perks for watching league matches and instead only offering tokens through purchases or "sweepstakes" has destroyed any motivation I might have had to engage with OWL content. This might just be the case for Pro-AM (they also seem to be advertising it less) but it's probably a conscious money making decision and I doubt engagement rewards will be returning.

Want to clear up some confusion on minimum latency rules. Shock is probably playing on around 150-200 ping from Korea, so for matches OWL tries to make gameplay fairer by imposing an artificial latency of 90 ping on the other team. 90 is the highest possible min lat adjustment
