Why is no one talking about this?

The 30% got all heroes I'd massive. I have issues a lot of the time not swapping if I have anything above 20% ult unless something just seizes to stop working

And with all the maps in OW2 where people like to hold close you're not punished for swapping. You get some ult back if you make the conscious effort of swapping for something to favor the terrain more. For OWL I'd think it'd be even stronger.
