And based on what you said, I guess the majority of the VAs are in 2017, and then as new characters get added over the years, their VAs appear in the corresponding years.

I wonder if someone were to compare names in the credits with known credits on the wiki or IMDb, and then see if there are any voice actor names in the credits that we don't know who they voiced, if process of elimination could be used to guess at which NPCs they voiced? Chances are, they wouldn't even bother to list and voice actors if they don't voice a playable hero.

No. Ana (Pharah's mother) is about the age of s76. Also there is a picture with pharah as child and active overwatch (ana,s76,rein,torb,mercy), here Pharah is older as the girl, while s76 is younger than he is in the animation.

There is this rumor of sombra being that girl (Alexandra), but that doesnt work in timeline either.

I wonder if there is a los muertos character, that appears in both, the animated short and sombra's story. Never though to search something like that.

I believe Overwatch must of been in the area at the time of Genji's attempted murder. Given the injuries he had sustained, he should of been dead within minutes if he didn't get immediate medical attention.

His injuries were also incredibly brutal, a sign Hanzo was enraged during their fight. I believe discovering that Genji was a mole for Overwatch could have been what set him off and convinced him to commit the act.
