Vishkar's one of those factions that could potentially be a cool, unique looking PVE army to fight in OW2.
Since their whole deal is creating constructs out of hard-light, would lend itself to some interesting minion/enemy designs while still being distinct from the likes of Null Sector or Talon.
I doubt we'll see them though - it would have made the most sense to fight them in Rio, and we know that's a Null Sector battle.

That's the status quo at the beginning of the story, sure - but you don't introduce an evil corporation oppressing a community into your lore without one day having that boil over the top.
And OW2 is when the story is supposed to start advancing and moving in bigger ways so...you never know.

Is there anyway to get skins from events like these? For people who are new to the game and missed them? Is there ever a.. Old fashioned event or something? Eh, it might depend. The team can’t just spread out to send a strike team like they used to. They’re all there is. So they’re gonna have to pick their target cities carefully before moving in to counter Null Sector
While I’m sure Russia and Busan are nowhere near their top priority, other cities don’t have the kinda support they do. For example, it kinda seemed as though Toronto was captured by Null Sector before Overwatch arrived.
I could be wrong though. I’m basing that off the short glimpse we got in one of the sneak peaks behind the scenes

Chapter 4 is now the best piece of Zarya related contnet.

That being said... I feel this issue was a bit weaker compared to the 4 that came prior.
The pacing of it feels off, like it should have been 2 issues
And ||Zarya's decision at the end seems a bit too sudden.||
But its still good.
One other thought is that this made ||Zarya a bit more... Selfish is the wrong word, but selfish in her motivations. She was previously defined as someone who puts the honour of Russia above all, especially through her interactions in Searching, up to the end with protecting Katya. But here, she shows willingness to abandon the army and join Cassidy's crusade without a second thought because she no longer has a home village to protect. At least that is how I interpreted the rushed conclusion.||

Once she joins of course.
But honestly, I think we are getting OW2 skin reveals for Zarya and D.Va very soon.
