Bro, look at it from this perspective. A Gun requires ammo to be of actual use and you can’t retrieve your bullets. Hanzo’s bow requires arrows and as we’ve seen, he can easily retrieve his arrows and use them again if necessary.

There are cases of a bow being more convenient (such as the alternative arrows), but ultimately yes I don't think anyone would take a bow over, say, Widow's rifle just based on 'realistic' performance

Look, basically, to be a Junker, you would’ve had to have lived in the Outback around the time it was radiated after the destruction of the Omnium and just refused to leave. Hog being a prime example given he was apart of the militia at the time.

It could also be the old case of stubborn people who lived on the land for years and refused to give it up both during and after the Crisis and took it back by force, regardless of the consequences.

It depends on whether or not the old soldiers storyline will tie into the campaign or be furthered in some other way

#

It looks like the starting campaign will revolve around Null Sector and forming the new overwatch, so having Soldier there when we know he doesn't care for either of those things may jumble the plot.

Look, the last time Baptiste so much as had a canon appearance, he was leaving the place he was hiding out at after escaping Mauga. Now, I don’t remember where it was he was hiding for some time, but where ever it was was probably nowhere near Switzerland given he took a boat to leave and contacted Sombra to try and help him out.

From a logical perspective, he has no real reason going to Switzerland if he’s on the run again and it would be too risky to join a Swiss task force since his skill would probably draw all kinds of attention. Especially unwanted attention from Talon, who no doubt keep a close eye out for anyone on their kill list.

Talon has and army. It be a waste or overkill to send in all of them just to kill a couple of former Overwatch agents. Besides that, they are saving Null Sector for the surprise attack around the world.

Doomfist being the leader wouldn’t get involved in the field unless needed. Reaper, Widowmaker, and Sombra are the more active field agents, so it’s their problem to deal with the issue
