gaku talked about a session where they were recording his karaoke lines, and that they never warned him beforehand and their only instructions were "sing something genji would say" with no specific ideas in mind
obviously this cant be the case for everything like more specific interactions but i imagine this could be why a lot of the heroes use the same template lines for a lot of actions ("i feel unstoppable!" "damn it!") with only a handful of lines where they say something random ("who's ready to take some punishment?")

Winston seems to gain both a strength and durability increase while under Primal Rage, but the drawbacks could be that he needs to be sufficiently angered in order to get into that state. There could be more to it, but that's what I got so far.
