Comparing a Japanese character to a Korean character isn't great imo.

However, Mizuki is based on Kappa, "river child" so Mizuki has a young appearance, and despite being based on a Kappa Mizuki's design looks a LOT like Korean vampires with the semi translucent hat and spirit scythe/chain motif. I wish Mizuki was Japanese Tengu themed or a Korean Vampire instead. Mizuki feels a bit unpolished in final design imo

I can understand Moira as headcanoning her as aromantic, she seems more involved in her work than people

And personally Symmetra wouldn't suprise me to be asexual or aromantic bc her personality is fairly reserved. Not that she has to be or that all aroace people are reserved, but Baptiste and Lifeweaver express themselves so I think it's a fair guess or headcanon.

I presume most omnics are ace(finite robot generation after all), and if Aurora could experience romance then it wouldn't suprise me if awakened omnics can too. Susie x Hazard being canon implies romantic partners but aromantic people can date too technically.

As a star wars fan of Legends (pre reboot lore) of General Grievous (aka leader of Droid clanker army) i will be so real, people online are so weird about the term clanker.

The context of starwars has clone troopers HOORAHing to defeat non sentient battle droids by calling them clankers. Then online people made it into a competition to invent as man robot variations of irl slurs as possible, and it made the use of clanker gross.

That said, Freja would probably indeed say clanker full context 💀, she is bigoted against awakened omnics (overt xenophobia) despite everything she did in Overwatch, so it would not suprise me if Freja had other issues too. Not that Overwatch would touch such topics, since the only bigotry overwatch canon seems to address is ableism (ie Hazard story), gentrification (actual word used to describe what Vishkar was doing to Rio), anti-omnic sentiment, and sexism (De: Classified had a bit about Ana not being a token hire, that Ana was indeed competent for the job. Plus Vendetta's story touches on men underestimating her and dismissing her like how she was dismissed as "girl" during the funeral in the comic)

Also it's good to note that Symmetra has a hard time with words/negotiations as showcased in this comic, while Domina is highly skilled at negotiations. Symmetra is a natural savant that cares little for others opinions bc Satya will pursue her goals, while Domina has to work hard to fake effortless excellence and cares deeply about what others think. Symmetra wamts a perfect world to prevent others from suffering like she did, while Domina will manipulate others for power, little regard for others well being. Domina foils Symmetra in a lot of ways.

That will be decision of the players tbf. The faction season is a vote and the final reward is a skin of Echo. If you went for Talon you get a Talon skin for her but if you went for Overwatch you get the new Era skin. We are deciding Echo's fate. This is just a theory though

I will not lie I am shocked we got Vendetta monologing as a cinematic instead of seeing Talon invading Overwatch HQ. Like, it almost feels like the cinematic should have been reversed, with a quick bit of Vendetta beating Doomfist and cut to a long cinematic of Talon making deals with other factions and Talon invading Overwatch HQ with Anran and Wuyang helping defend, introducing all the new heroes akin to that Overwatch 2 cinematic that brought multiple heroes on screen.

Maybe they are saving something like that for Blizzcon?

Issue with Vendetta is that she’s naive and waging an open war of conquest invites not only internal conflict, but more outside enemy alliances and more of an international response.

Doomfist started a proxy war that weakened his organization. Vendetta has declared an open war she has little hope of being able to sustain.

They’re doomed. And Max’s already betrayed them.

When their father died, the Hashimoto took over the region and now they have a stranglehold

Hanzo and Genji were trained by Kiriko's mother in martial arts/swordsmanship. Kiriko's father custom-made specialty weapons for the Shimadas - the dragons in their ults. Kiriko's father was captured by the Hashimoto and forced to make them weapons, Kiriko went into hiding and when she got older she is working with the Yokai to fight against the Hashimoto and take back the town
