Sombra isnt a talon head, unlike moira. Shes an agent. Moira actually worked alongside doom, at the table. She knows stuff. Also, I arguably think moira is one of the more OP characters within overwatch and that she will be a valuable asset. Also, Moira isnt deservent of death, and when vendetta actually finds out moira played part in her dads death, I dont think cas or genji will let that slide or let her die. Mercy and moira have history. Mercy isnt fond of moira, but she wont let her die either. While she might not join OW, she will partner with them some way or another. Shes valuable, shes loosing freedom in talon, and shes sitting right next to her potential killer. Eventually, vendetta will find out moira was a part of her dads death and moira will need to run.
