my theory is that there will be some attempt by Talon to bring her into their fold - especialy with some of the voicelines between Illari and doomfist/sombra. an example of which is doom telling her to "Embrace your inner conflict, and like-minded people will find you." and then sombra finding & helping her, which suggests that she is willing to take advice from anyone, including the head of talon (though idk if those interactions are considered canon)
