However, this is not information that should be taken very seriously, So far no one has found a dictionary or anything to support that meaning

we haven't gotten an in-depth answer as to how OW cybernetics work but if you look into today's modern advancements in prosthetic limbs, it's actually extremely interesting

they're starting to incorporate "learning" AI into the robotics that react to when the person wearing the prosthetic moves certain muscles in their remaining limb that can fully cause the prosthetic to act in a way similar to a biological limb

this one girl with prosthetic arms was able to pick up a water bottle and unscrew the cap with her prosthetic arms and hands - which is game-changing

or even non-prosthetic applications - just saw something about a doctor completing "remote surgery". Through the use of robotics and other technology the surgeon was able to operate on someone on a different continent

I decided that I wanted to write my own Overwatch lore just cause I needed more ow content so I made my own cause there’s a few things I don’t like abt the lore:

• Kirikos age?? Doesn’t really make sense in the lore since apparently Hanzo, Genji and Kiriko trained together which technically makes no sense because of their age gaps.
• I feel like some of the new characters should have more lore regarding meeting others whether it be people INSIDE the Overwatch group or out (An idea I had was that while Lifeweaver was on the run he ran into hazard on like a little mission or riot or something)
• more background stuff. Such as how far null sector has come along, stuff regarding omnics. More lore centered around talon and or Max.

Some of the stuff I wrote was just headcanons I had (Basically like the Lifeweaver meeting Hazard thing)

They are and they graduated early from what I’ve heard.
Also junk is an excellent craftsman imo. Imagine having nothing but literal scraps and junk and being able to make top tier explosives with it. Like that’s just impressive

My take on these teirlists is that no one on the Overwatch roster deserves to be on the “dumb” tier list. Characters like hazard may act goofy and silly sometimes, but they have clear ideologies, motivations, and strategies. They aren’t just crazed gunmen.

Even Rein may act silly but he’s still a good strategist and tank given he’s a veteran.

Yeah plus, what kind of intelligence are we measuring. And that not including the fact that we don't know a lot of the lore and inner thinking of these characters.
You could say characters like Cass are generally smart and especially good when it comes to military knowledge and marksmanship but act dumb, either voluntarily or unvoluntarily because they have some inner struggle.
For some characters like Ashe, insanely smart and skillful but probably not that emotionally intelligent.
Or AIs like Echo, probably lots of knowledge, but still not sentient and knowledgeable when it comes to social behavior or human knowledge.
Zenyatta is wise, but could he have come up with De Kuiper's research? Etc.
