I have a theory that Zenyatta was used for illegal activities before the crisis. This is based on his interactions with Tracer and other heroes, where he always responds differently. It's surprising that he doesn't even want to tell someone like Ramattra, whom he once considered a brother. He is not a pacifist (as we know from his interaction with Soldier: 76), so Zenyatta is probably ashamed of what he did before the Omnic Crisis.

i was wondering about widowmaker because she seems like shes swapped with both ana (like i saw someone say ana killed her partner in mirrorwatch but dont hold me to that) + her modified eye, and she has that voiceline with tracer that suggests she was also swapped with her, like tracer assassinated ramattra instead of widowmaker assassinating mondatta? like is there anywhere that just has something to tell me abt this stuff or do i have to search through voicelines etc 😭

Quick summary, Ramattra takes Mondatta's place, Zen takes Ramattra's place as leader of Null Sector, Doomfist is the leader of Overwatch and Widowmaker is the second in command, Echo is part of Blackwatch (it can be assumed that in this reality Dr. Liao had darker intentions when she created Echo) Talon is led by Mercy who in this reality calls herself Vengeance, Her goals unlike Doomfist, are to control life and death, Ana suffered Widowmaker's treatment (or at least that's what can be assumed) killing Sam and joining Talon (We don't know if Pharah was born in this reality because of that), In the sniper duel between her and Lacroix, Lacroix lost his eye replacing it with a cybernetic eye, Tracer stuck her ult on Ramattra and he goes kabbom, Reinhardt seems to be controlled by Ana, Reinhardt seems to hate her in a similar way to how Reaper hates Moira, Kiriko works for the Hashimotos, Symmetra is possibly the Junker Queen of this reality

they could do that the staff and gauntlet have gravity augmenting things like zaryas weapon, to work like tides but extreme
they could also have hardlight simply be put in to shape it
