What is the point that Genji didn't tell Hanzo the truth right away ? Why did he make Hanzo believe he was an assasin sent to kill him and provoke him until he fought him with the intention of killing him and defeated him and then told him the truth?

This differs them from some other groups such as Los Muertos, Wastelanders and Junkers.

Or, here’s a more plausible idea. Ravagers weren’t build in the same numbers as other omnics. Because when you think about it, only certain locations around the world were affected by the war. And Ravagers didn’t make up the bulk of Anubis forces

And to add on to the idea, given there weren’t that many Ravagers, it’s possible The Awakening is what truly dwindled their numbers down. Because when you look back on it, we don’t know just how many Ravagers chose to give up fighting/fight for humanity or continue fighting for Anubis
