Tbh I don't think there is an "evil" character, the characters here just have their own way or idiology or veiws on life, for example in the developer update for Doomfist Jeff Kaplan said that Doomfist is not an "evil" character but has a different ideology than the others and he thinks that conflict will make humanity stronger, there is also Sombra the mysterious character who is in Talon as well but also doesn't fully agree with Talon and cares about Sigma as well, and Widowmaker is just a human weapon being manipulated, Reaper could be evil but we don't know what his full story is yet his actions are mysterious and I don't know what his current goal is .

Maybe Maximilien is considered evil cuz he's selfish idk

If you read Overwatch Declassified you would see the full timeline of when Reyes meets his wife (Martina). As for Jack they mention he remained single as in interviews he said he was too busy for a relationship and he still talks about Vincent as his last relationship. This is also mentioned in Ana short story and Declassified.

That's what the Canon lore is anyway. You can ship whatever u want but this is the clear timeline they went with. Fans that don't know much lore find it hard to tell what's Canon and what fans made up. That's just my take on it.
