And I do understand the point that, it just hasn't come up. But I think it's rather weird despite the long lifespan of OW's franchise, that they're rarely talked about. Emily, for example, is more talked about. Despite her only having a connection to one of the characters. Meanwhile, Torb, Brig, and possibly even Rein have relations to all of them.

I'm genuinely interested in why Roadhog sticks with Junkrat. At first, what we're led to beleive at least, he partners with Junkrat to gain profit. But It's unclear why he sticks around after Junkrat would stop being "profitable" or maybe I've just got my timelines mixed up.

Bc like, Junkrat has no real place in junkertown- no one likes him and he's basically a misfit among misfits. The Queen might have a grudge against Roadhog but she also seems to respect him at least. And the Wreckers seem to want him back too

Talon, if I'm not wrong, did a lot of bad things to either the Australian people, or the Junkers. Either way, probably not gonna end up with them. And they're both world-wide criminals, so probably not OW either. But they might get their redemption arc.

but rather moira's pet science project or something

the guys a living anomaly considering the amount of radiation and explosive damage he's sustained and moira clearly sees some interest in him

as for OW i feel like it's the less likely of the 2 but that being said baptiste is on the team so why not a one off situation?

I could also see that. It's just, the issue with being involved with Talon, is that Roadhog and Mauga got some kind of beef going on. So that may affect their relationship with Talon, somewhat.

I think, in the matters of this kind of thing, I see two options. Either, Junkrat uses that charming charisma on Roadhog to get him to, albeit begrudgingly, join with him. Or, Junkrat would respect Roadhog's wishes to not get involved with them.

i could see a scenario where both get recruited and roadhog ends up leaving junkrat temporarily (who no doubt is v easy to convince)

Well, he's easy to convince, but he's hard to control without Roadhog. I also think Junkrat is a very smart person, and would catch on quickly to Talon if they were manipulating or trying to use him.

Well, I wouldn't call explosives a niche. A lot of math and skill is involved in the making of explosives. And, he may be socially inept, but he is very good at figuring out when he's made a wrong choice.

Also, Junkrat solos Moira. Not a chance she's controlling him for more than eight hours. And that's assuming he doesn't have the Roadhog backup.

True, she'd try to control him. But that fails when he figures out he's being used, and, I dare you to try and pump something into Junkrat, and not expect his radiated body to not just blow it off. He's probably build up some kind of intolerance to chemicals, considering the amount of bugs, dirt, and possible gun pownder that in his system.

It also doesn't seem like he hated the procedure too much.

Also, back to our Junkrat V Moira discussion, I think he has a harder time escaping Talon's talons (that pun sucked) without Roadhog's help. But I feel as though he has a emotional attachment to Roadhog, that he wouldn't let go of too quickly. And that Roadhog would very easily pull him out of that situation.

in the short story "Where Honor Lives", the Hashimoto are using poor-quality "spirit weapons" made by Kiriko's father - since he was the person who made Genji and Hanzo's weapons, it's likely they're the same sort of weapons

and the dragons are some kind of energy projection created by the weapons

but Kiriko has had the fox spirit since she was a child, and is seen summoning it without any weapons

so the kitsune is likely different
