the case for talon is moira somehow manipulating him into becoming a science experiment

and whatever happens u would have roadhog in the opposite situation ... but thats just my view on it

theres also a potential third scenario i can see where someone outside of both organisations manages to tolerate the guy and try and help him clean up his act

I'd say tackle everything in order of release and you can't go wrong but those books you mentioned are all great too

overall it doesn't matter

since it follows 40 heroes over the course of 25ish years (if you count Genesis and Declassified) at this point there's going to be some criss-crossing timelines

and a lot of the stories rely on flashbacks with "modern timeline" bookends so, there's really no wrong order, just some events taking place more recently in the timeline than others

i would love a flashpoint though just getting to take all the scenery in would be nice
