Ok what’s Reaper’s whole deal? Is the wraith stuff technologically enabled or is it something he can just do because of whatever Moira did to him? He has a voice line that suggests that he can’t actually die (in a way that matters) which probably has something to do with all that. Why is he with Talon when he has people who he at minimum doesn’t mind (Mercy, who clearly cares a great deal about him. The interaction the have is more of a “please leave me alone” than anything else (his interactions with D.Va, for example, express a good deal of annoyance, and his line when killing Tracer is just mocking her)), and at most has a good relationship with (specifically Ana, here, whom he requests to tell Soldier to stop following him and she had already done so and he wouldn’t listen (I can’t tell whether this is out of concern for Soldier or respecting Reyes’s wishes but the delivery of the line would suggest the latter)) and he clearly doesn’t like Moira (or at least his voice lines would suggest that. One of his interactions with Moira is asking her if she can do something about some “pain” and the other two express a good deal of disdain for her (one of them being “No more experiments”, which seems to show that he holds whatever she did against her)). Though I don’t know how much stock to put in voice lines because some of those make him seem like a massive dork (Refrigerator, candy, too edgy, etc) which doesn’t seem like the intent.
