The Shimada clan had a traditional way of doing things which Genji never really abided by. This mixed with Sojiro, their father, spoiling Genji caused Hanzo to dislike him. When the elders gave Hanzo an ultimatum (either set Genji straight or consider him a traitor and kill him), he tried the first. When Genji refused, Hanzo got infuriated and ended up “killing” Genji which filled him with remorse, hence why he dropped the blade and picked up the bow.

Imo it's not that. Ashe is a hot character but here she looks bizarre, and I wouldn't say it's explicit. Tbh I don't agree with the "sexualized" argument (Mercy and Ashe are sexy and sexy women are always gonna look sexy) but to me the combination of the weird biker shorts(?) thigh high boots with weird ruffled ribbon jacket, wrong-looking gloves, and that hat, plus the awkward unnatural pose, all are just weird-looking
