All Omnics stopped being manufactured decades ago, but my understanding is that Bastion units in particular were all fighting to the end, and therefore were being actively wiped out. So Bastion would be among the last in existence

And Ramattra used modified Bastion units at King’s Row specifically because they were non-sentient
