Idk they did get rid of Junkrat's and Roadhog's anti-omnic voicelines. Not that their absence is confirmation but it might be a soft retcon or similar between OW1 and OW2

well the thing is: the interactions arent canon in that the convo hasnt happened yet but if they did talk, they would say everything liek this and all that they say IS true

I personally think all her "remember when" voicelines with Genji are indicators that she isn't aware (yet) of what happened to Genji... they will probably meet again in a lore story most likely and the writers are saving what she says to him for that

Then after that she'll likely reference his cybernetic body in future voicelines
