They can presumably even be put into different bodies, like how Bob was reduced to a head, Other stories show them being much more vulnerable to injuries and death, and the necessity of maintenance to prevent their bodies from falling apart over-time
But yea as long an Omnic in a good environment with the ability to maintain themselves, they could be immortal. Assuming Omnics don't develop problems in their body's software and hardware
