Yep, they had the Rio de Janeiro PVE mission (implied to be the first of the campaign) at 2019 Blizzcon.

Not all story missions will be canon, worth mentioning. They made that clear; we'll get some canon missions with an overarching story, and other non-canon ones (which I'm guessing will be more like Starwatch; alternative themed worlds/settings, etc)
