Not necessarily. She kind of oversees Sigma and runs experiments on him every now and then, but doesn’t hold much authority over him. It seems Doomfist has an interest in his power and/or research and has Moria looking into it.

In a sense they’re likely lab partners but Moria is likely the one leading it with Sigma kinda following along (not to her delight, she likely just has him run pointless stuff to keep him occupied so she can, like, do her work without interruption).

There’s plenty of interactions of Moira literally at her wits end with his shenanigans.

Going a little off topic, their dynamic kinda of reminds me of Yzma and Kronk from Emperors New Groove, haha.
