The thing is doom is a genius in combat, he could read em. The reason why genji lost was simple, doom noticed hes jumpy, so cracking the ground sending him flying made him unable to jump around,. Genji cutting the rock to see him could also be what he expected cuz that meant he wouldnt attack again quickly

Or the opposite; the Talon soldiers are getting better. When Doomfist fought Winston and all that in his Origin story, that was a week or so after Storm Rising which is when Overwatch was still a thing. 7 years later I'm certain they'd have better equipment to handle a genetically enhanced gorilla.

Well, I would assume the bullet isn't part of her. We could probably reference when she gets poisoned by the Venom Mine in that Cinematic. She reverses time to basically remove the toxins, so I'm willing to bet the bullet would be treated the same, as long as it doesn't kill her in that single shot.

The situation with the Talon soldiers is a bit different, with Talon they were prepared, briefed, and aware they may have to fight a former OW Agent, whereas Winston was just chilling eating bananas and peanut butter, experimenting, and hadn't fought in a few years. He got tactically sucker punched
