Aye, Reaper's writing is very scuffy. For every bit of writing that gives his character nuance, motivation, and sympathy, there's about twice as much that focuses on "deaaaaaaath" and him looking cool for the action setpieces. He's one of the character's that's been in cinematics the most but has the least development of them all, which is fair I suppose, since he's the antagonist of them all
I just wish they'd give Keith Ferguson some more to work with, he's an awesome VA, and the character has great potential as a villain/character
