I'd hate to overestimate but I think widow wins. We've seen her how she kills and how much she can endure at missions where she works alone. In Alive we just witnessed she sniped Mondatta mid air despite Tracer was in the way. I haven't heard much of Baptiste all we've known about him was he's a good field medic and also a soldier too. Although we've seen Widow missed her shot in Infiltration Short she had feats both in Alive and the comics, I haven't heard about Bap yet.

I've noticed every time you kill Widowmaker she always makes a blood-curdling scream, People were confused by this since it was known that Widow doesn't feel anything and her only way to feel dopamine was when she kills someone. It's a misinformation that Widowmaker is completely emotionless. Her emotions were only ultimately repressed. In game, in the brink of death it was the only moment her mixed emotions were coming back in mere seconds.
