As for widowmaker, her husband was an overwatch agent who talon wanted to kill. They kidnapped his wife (widowmaker) and brainwashed her into making her a perfect sniper. Her skin is blue because they made her heart beat super slow so its easier for her to snipe. She then killed her own husband

As for moira and reaper, they were both part of overwatch and they were also both in ‘blackwatch’ which was basically a group of overwatch agents (reaper moira genji mccree) who did the dirty work without being seen by the public. But when reaper killed a talon boss during a blackwatch operation the whole world found out. This also started a beef between soldier and reaper which caused a massive explosion in the overwatch base. Soldier and reaper were both believed to be dead. Soldier survived (we dont know how) and moira saved reaper. After saving reaper moira started doing crazy expiriments on reaper and gave him supernatural abillities to turn into smoke and regenerate. They both joined talon and are on the same side as widow now
Moira always wanted to do dark experiments but overwatch didnt allow her to. Thats why she liked talon because they let her do whatever she wanted
