Regardless, I think it’s great that OW has a dedicated group of players who pick apart inconsistencies in the lore. The end result should be a richer and more internally consistent backstory.

I actually think Kiriko and the Fox Spirit kind of messes with the lore. This is because it was confirmed that the Shimada Dragons are NOT magic or spirits, they are some kind of extremely advanced technology (possible hardlight or energy holograms). Best I understand, only Genji and Hanzo can use them because the power is channeled from their Tattoos (it's very obvious on Hanzo since his arm is bare).
However, Kiriko is neither a Shimada, nor does the fox come from a tattoo or appear like technology. It acts and gives her power befitting that of an ACTUAL supernatural spirit.
Which means either magic is real and Kiriko has potentially god level powers (retcons what was said about the Shimadas), or Kiriko somehow has tech surpassing the Shimadas and SHE HERSELF erroneously thinks it's a "spirit".

basically for new heroes we often get teasers for them. Often half of the heroes are already pre established characters while the other half are kinda outta nowhere. These teasers are spread on things like maps, blizz posts, sites and more. These can be anywhere from just 1 week before the actual release or months before.
funny how most hero candidates atm have some affiliation with talon. Sanjay is in talon, mauga is in talon, Hamid sells to talon without knowing most likely, maximillian is in talon and storm rising omnic is with talon

healing isnt making things better, its restoring their cells. As moira says "restoring your cellular structure" Menaing hom getting shot she can heal cuz its a wound, repairing those cells will heal the wound but not heal and make someones body BETTER

Moira does messed up stuff for the sake of science, because shes the only one who would do it.
