I have a hero concept if anyone wants to read through and talk about if it’s balanced or not(spent most of today trying to balance her)

Name: Himiko
Base HP: 200
Role: Support
Speed: 5.8 M/s
Primary attack(left mouse)- Kodachi blade. A blade that she uses to cut her enemies.
Dmg: 84
Alt attack(Right click)- A palm strike that inflicts a bleed attack for 3 seconds.
Dmg: 50
Bleed: 10 per second
Skill 1- Shape shifting, she transforms into into a random object from around the map giving her an easy escape/hiding bit(her tail sticks out when she is in this form)- Animation, She places a leaf on her head which causes her to become an object, effect is negated by Sprinting or Damage.
Dmg: 0
Skill 2- she can Create small med packs for teammates by using Tanuki magic on leaves.
Hp: 75
Skill 3- Passive, she can climb walls like Genji and Hanzo but she is capable of perching and staying in place while high up, though her Alt is disabled.
Dmg: 0
Ultimate- Tanuki Protection. She becomes an indestructible statue with a shield to protect her teammates forming around her that once destroyed returns her to normal, she cannot move or use her healing effects in said state. This lasts 12 seconds, or until canceled/shield is depleted.
Shield: 1200

Why does the palm do bleed but not the sword?

Because of a special palm tool that also allows for her perch, the Shuko(for the hands) Ashuko(for the feet). A climbing tool that allowed for a Shinobi to four point climb a wall using the hooks that stab into said wall. Hence why climbing removes her alt click, but why her alt also does bleed.

I would post an image- But I can’t just yet. And I haven’t gotten that far just yet mostly been trying to balance. (As for why the Blade doesn’t cause bleed, Balance. It be op for the sword to do 84 and stack bleed on top of that, hence why the bleed mechanic was relegated to an alt attack that does less damage)

Hope that helps to explain why I went the direction I did with her. It’s a mix of realism with the fantasy element from one of if not my favorite Yokai, and rival to Kiriko as foxes and Tanuki often fight.

Probably because Anubis wouldn’t have designed war robots like bastion to talk because they wouldn’t really need to. Zenyatta is supposed to be like a civilian omnic who was built to be like a barista so he would need to be able to talk and ram was built to command soldiers so he would need to talk too.
