Not really fan art, but an idea for a hero

Main attack: Bio mass spikes-A device on their back makes tentecles with spikes on the end made out of bio mass. The tentacle goes forward, dealing damage to any enemy hit. The more damage done, the more biomass is collected. At certain % of biomass, another tentacle sprouts, at a msx of 4. The tentacles attack once every 1 second. Biomass slowly deteriorates.

Secondary fire: Use your tentacles to block damsge from your from, each tentacle can absorb 200 damage.

Primary ability: send out your spikes forward. If they hit anybody, that person cannot move anymore away from you. They are stuck in that state relative to how many biomass spikes you currently have.

Secondary ability: use your spikes to stab into the ground, raising you slightly off the ground, increasing your jump height and range, along with your movement speed (only available with a minimum of 2 spikes). While in this form, you can attack as well (only available with s minimum of 3 spikes).

Ultimate: sprout dozens of tentacles, anchor them into the ground. They then moce through the ground, and in an area around you, pushes people back, along with dealing damage. The area gets bigger the longer the ability is used. (Max of 10 seconds).

Passive: when at under 50% health, each Main Attack that hits an enemy will give you 10 health.

Again, idk if this even belongs here. But I'mma do actual art for this soon! So idk

it's actually not, but I can see how you could think that. The hair is behind the face on the left side, therefore the eye would be above it

It's also the angle of the face! I would suggest doing a few face studies/use more references! At a 3/4 face view the eye that's further away would be ever so slightly smaller and at a slight different angle. References and angle studies are an absolute LIFESAVER for fixing up perspective/angle problems in art. I used to have a lot of trouble making the eyes look good and sometimes I still have trouble and need to play around with the eyes a bunch when I draw

In your drawing, the head shape suggests a 3/4 view, while the facial features are all facing forward, save for the nose, but the positioning of the nose being where it is, while drawn as a 3/4 view nose also contributes to the face looking funny!

References are always always ALWAYS an artist's best friend, and for practicing, don't be afraid to trace over your reference photos sometimes (given that you aren't tracing another artist's work and calling it your own of course)
