Hi guys, I know this isn't the usual topic but can anyone advise on what I can do or who I can reach out to regarding what happened to my account?

So basically, I have this "Account Banned" banner on my Battle.Net launcher for almost 9 months now (there was a gap between my silence and this notification), despite me being able to play the game normally.
My last and only sanction was a silence from July 2025 which is understandable.

Now, since I had the free time, I sent in a ticket for my case to be looked on as the 'Account banned' notification is kinda annoying me now.
After 24+ hours, my ticket had been responded by the most AI-generated response about the T&C and clearly didn't read the issue at hand.

When I tried to log in, my account has been manually banned and my Account Restrictions page only shows my very first silence on my account.
Tickets I have sent go to "Resolved" with the same AI response and I honestly don't know what to do anymore. The Reopen ticket button doesn't work and I'm at my wits end.
