The old Tech Jacket is pretty much as useless from what I heard, and was just a gag character sort of. The girl one she was hyped up to kill a Viltrumite, but has to get saved everytime. I love the art designs of male Tech Jacket, and love the female version because she is the only female character, to have a robotic suit.
