antiheal prob the best ability to help in low ranks. use sleep defensively to protect yourself or a teammate only. Id reccomend going for sniper gun second perk. Use nano on the best player, or a dive tank.

I tried learning tracer in ranked and it was miserable. I learnt a lot of tracer through qp after because i already had some gamesense, just needed to learn mechanics and it was fun pissing around in qp to the point it felt natural navigating her, jumped into ranked and already was 200 times better
