I asked a Reaper main top 500 to give me his insights on the hero and he told me that :

**If they nerf heroes based on the top players they are making a big mistake. It's very easy to counter him, this is a very punitive hero which, if not played almost perfectly well, is a throwing pick, as opposed to a S76 or Sierra who can screw up a little and still save some performance.
A Reaper has to know all the in and out of the map, has to have an actual strategy and team play. Hence why I have rarely seen a menacing Reaper in low elo. They get killed a lot, like Tracer. (Tracer is actually a menace, but again, skill dependant).
Reaper is very good with the good player, and awful with a bad one. So yes, in a GM and top 500 that guy will cull your flankers like pancakes. Which is good, but nerf him and nobody will use him in low elo.

gen AI gets fed wrong information on purpose to people and no one bothers to check it despite promises there would be human involvement for corrections until it's too late. there's published medical books for school and research papers with body parts that don't exist and for research that never happened because of this. it's very easy to abuse and manipulate so it's unreliable at best.
