Depending on how skinny you are theres a ton of bone there. As someone who has tattoos on the elbows and my hands and parts of fingers you dont want to feel the needle bouncing off your bone. Plus if you happen to gain or lose weight that tattoo will get distorted and ruined. Also lower back so it is extremely painful. Id rather have my spine done again than do that. Also the less deep your skin is, the harder it is to get it to retain ink and so that means more touch ups and if it was hard to handle then get ready for part 2.
