I'm currently in a consumer advocate assisted dispute with Wombo because the site and app were down for over a week and I have not been able to access my images or prompts (from Nov 2022 through April 28 2025) since they came back online on May 8. None of the Wombo personnel on their Discord server were willing to assist. I tried contacting the CEO at two different email addresses and both were undeliverable.

With that in mind, I'd like to easily download all of my images in StarryAI as a single zip file. It would be awesome to have my prompts too, but I'll settle for the images. Please tell me how I can do this. Thanks.

you can mark creations for download in the application, but only after 20 creations if I remember correctly.

@lethal spire - I have hundreds of creations. So, that would not be practical. Much like Wombo Dream, I've been using StarryAI since November 2022.

If you write a question, the bot will reply first. If the bot doesn't know the answer, the option to write to the operator should appear.

They usually reply within 72 hours. Remember about the holidays.
