I'm on a banned account (wrongfully, might I add), I can't collect daily lumens for some reason so I'm trying to start a new account but there doesn't seem to be a way to log out of the account on the app - I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it automatically logs into the banned account, how can I switch accounts? I've already spent hours trying to contact support to get unbanned, I'm so sick of it, I just want to start again

go to application settings and delete the data file

I cleared the storage (which also cleared the cache) and then uninstalled, waited 3 hours, and reinstalled, but it still automatically logged in to the old one

i found this in SD card -> Android -> data, but it looks like it's empty
