The screenshot is from today in the Apple App Store as seen from my iPad. I double checked. I suspect some problem with QA and releases from the company.

This is happening to me too. My device is an Iphone 8 plus. My IOS is 16.7.10. So, I think this is a really big bug (amongst other issues). I’m on the same version on the app.
