Album access permission

Can't access my album when I'm adding initial image. When i go to the settings all permission were granted

Tried restarting the app. Same thing happened

check the application's permissions on the phone, whether it has access to photos, etc.

maybe you need permissions for something more

Have you recently installed security updates or something similar? System update etc.

This is a device issue typically not a app issue. Permissions to the app maynot be allowed.

Click on settings -> click on all requested permissions -> click allow with out asking

Just recieved 2.6.6 update. Can confirm that the problem still exists.

Can also confirm that, due to the age of my device, and Motorola not particularly caring about my security, it has been a year and a half since I recieved any OS upgrades. I still receive regular app updates, though.

That means testing the app properly on multiple versions of, for example, Android, to make sure that new features etc. don't break functionality for people who are on, for example, older versions of Android.

Not everyone can afford to (or wants to) buy a new phone just for StarryAI.

I am as frustrated and annoyed as you all but someone told me you can still dl them from the desktop version of the site, that's something at least but I'm not going to be on the app fully until this is resolved, I brought this up at the start of March, basically a whole month of not addressing the issue in any meaningful way tells me it's not being taken seriously at all, it's completely messed up my work flow so now I'm out until it's fixed because I can't relay on it or can't even imagine when it will be addressed 🤷‍♀️
