For a number of weeks now I can no longer get my 3 free credits for posting on Tiktok. Everything is working fine with getting credits for posting on the other social media sites.

I tried changing my handle slightly to try and fix it (it worked when I did this for Instagram) but it didn't fix Tiktok. 😢

Ugh... It stopped working for Instagram again too, and I can't seem to fix it.

I tried to fix Instagram by changing my username, but I couldn't update it on StarryAI... so I changed it back on Instagram. I'm trying to think of something else to try now... 🤔

Just contact them from the app. Mine was fixed it. On weekends they are not available

I did and they said they were checking into it. (Yesterday) The conversation in the support section is gone now. Still no change.

Send them another message. It’s a bit of chaos out there I guess. They managed to send me the credits I missed for 2 days for 2 social platforms after I wrote them few messages every day mostly. Eventually a member of the team was online and managed to sort me out lol

I managed to get my Instagram credits I missed yesteray by messaging support on the App, they responded pretty quickly.

Customer support is telling me they have an api issue with Instagram

In the meanwhile I haven't been able to get the 3 credits in a few days 🤷🏼‍♂️

I believe I have lost out on at least 21 credits on Instagram & Tiktok combined. I contacted support again in the wee hours of this more but didn't get a reply.
However, getting 3 credits from Instagram just worked! 👏

Today Instagram credits have stopped working for me again...

That's ironic, mine worked this morning after 3 failures in a row (but support made it good). I did have an ad fail to give credits today, which is unusual. Watched 10 ads and got 18 credits. Didn't complain about that one. Not sure I've seen that before.

3 days ago I posted something twice to get the credits on Instagram... today I tried three times so far with no luck. lol

I did it about 7:30 EST this morning, maybe something went whackadoodle. I have a thread going with Sadaf in support that I reuse when it fails 😛

I was experimenting and fixed my problem.
On Instagram I created a second account. I switched to the second account, then back to the first account.
Seconds later I got my credits. 🥳

For me it often takes multiple times before it works. I have not identified a pattern that makes it work always. Seems random.
