I know people have asked for a way to have automatic garrisons in their cities so I was wondering if a solution to this would be a new structure. This new structure wouldn’t give you any units but would instead allow your units that are inside the city walls to cost 50% less upkeep. This wouldn’t be a free garrison but would still encourage leaving garrisons in cities.
