Add an ability to set race gender

for example, steelshapers are women, but bastions are men
you need to redo their armor for that
and that's for every single race and every single unit

I totally get that, I think I roughly realize how much work that could be. Still I don't think that my estimations of task complexity should actually turn me away from making a suggestion unless it was stated by devs that they will never ever do it.

The fact that it was suggested a bunch of times already eluded me, however, sorry for the duplicate suggestion, gonna delete it if it's possible.
