Umbral Disciples Terraforming Spell

Any chance that Umbral Disciples could get a single province terraforming spell, similiar to the earthshape spells you get when you pick a terrain adaptation trait, that changes the terrain to Gloom?

I like to terraform the whole map into gloom terrain and sometimes when I'm not playing with the Umbral Abyss on there are a few provinces that are just out of range of the gloom altar with no way to terraform them without building a new altar.

The umbral dwellings can give you a spell to do that if you ally with them, but I guess that's not possible if you don't have the abyss enabled

Yeah, every time I play with the abyss on I ally with them just for that spell.
