It happened to my twice now that i wanted to ascend a ruler it just never happened, both of the times i didnt have anybody in the pantheon, and i didnt surrender throughout neither of those games, i really dont know what should i do , anybody else he some of this problem, is this a bug or im doing something wrong?

If you aren't using mods, report it on the forums with a save attached. Triumph doesn't use discord for bug reporting.
