Description says Prelude of Doom applies 3 stacks of Demoralized effect.
But this particular effect is unstackable both in main branch and in beta.
So it only applies -5 morale per unit

I think that this is better posted in #1060702386659807264 rather than server feedback. Otherwise it's likely to get missed. It's also worth making a bug report on the forums
