Greetings!

My suggestion is rather simple! due to the fact how AI and time generally takes.

Is it possible to slit up the simultaneous so that all players take a turn at the same time, then the AI.. but split up the group since the AI can act far faster than players.. but classic turns eats a lot of time.. so having a separate queue allows the benefit of the simultaneous speed, and the classic, AI then player.

Even the Desync errors, simultaneous turns is pretty playable, since resyncing is so easy... but I really hope they make a variation where the player and AI play in separate queues, or if who factions are at war, those two go into a sort of classic turn order, because the AI is outright being cheesy, as the player gets pulled to one event and the other by force as the AI is moving its stack on you.. and it's quite frustrating losing for the fact that the AI can move around while your being spammed with pop ups or so.

Not when it desync every turn and the lock the game because the desync got too strong. We had to choose turn based. And even then, every manual combat resulted in a desync

Strange, I play with two others, and we only got the occasional de-sync.. manual combat about one de-sync per fight but it's not much of a time consumption.

De-Syncs seems to come in waves for us, like we got 5 de-syncs in a row, then it's fine for a entire hour before another wave.

It's still too much. I also got some random desync when ending turn sometimes.
And when a desync occur with a manual battle the battle itself bug out as I can't see what's really happening.
Making the ability to spectate battle useless.

Yeaah, some adjustments and fixes has to be made.. but i still hope they work on the general concept of the simu turns anyhow.

Wonder if this change could reduce the number of online desyncs. hmm

perhaps. but we had desync too on turn based.

Hopefully more people will post their support, so the developers might take notice of this suggestion and implement it, a simultaneous turn mode, but where AI and player is shuffled into their own queues, or make it so that two waring factions do not share a simultaneous turn, so that the cheesyness is removed will mostly maintaining in tact the speed which simul turns give.
